HOW IS MY CONTENT GOING TO LOOK DIFFERENT FROM EVERY MEMBER?
To ensure that your content will be different from the other members, the content we provide is fully customizable.
On the graphic and video side of things, you are able to change any fonts, colors, pictures, and even the placement of those elements. With captions, we create those to ensure that you are writing the bulk of the details, so they can ring true to YOUR brand - no one else’s .
WHAT KIND OF SUBSCRIPTION IS THIS?
This is a monthly subscription. When you sign up, you are able to purchase on either a monthly or yearly basis.
CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
Of course! We are sorry to see you go, but canceling is simple. You will retain access to your account until the end of your current membership period, which will expire on your next billing date. Please be aware that you are currently enrolled in our special founding pricing, and rates will increase starting in 2025.
WILL WE HAVE ACCESS TO PRIOR MONTH’S CONTENT?
Unfortunately no, the content from the previous month will be deleted on the first day of the new month.
DO WE ACCESS TO SHELBY'S TEAM ONE-ON-ONE?
We are not offering this currently. Please check back soon for updates.
WILL WE HAVE A COMMUNITY COMMUNICATION PLACE?
Yes! To get the most of this membership, we encourage you to download the Voxer App and join the DGMM group. It will be a home for our members to cross collaborate, share ideas, and asks questions!
WILL WE HAVE MONTHLY ZOOMS?
Yes! Mark your calendar, because members will get to zoom with Shelby and Alayna on the second Monday of every month @ 11:30AM (CT).
DO I NEED TO UNDERSTAND TECH?
No. Once again, this membership has been created with every one in mind - no matter their experience level. Plus, our Voxer community can help you with any questions you may have.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED FOR THIS?
This membership has been designed to make content creation as easy as possible. Time will vary depending on experience, but we can assure that over time you will get faster at creating.
WILL THIS WORK ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS?
This depends as certain platforms are heavy video platforms - as to most of them and the most commonly used platforms, yes!
WILL THIS WORK FOR MY INDUSTRY?

DO I HAVE TO DANCE ON CAMERA?
If you know me, then you should know the answer to this ... but I’ll still explain - HELL NO!

WILL MEMBERSHIP PRICES INCREASE OVER TIME?
This varies. As a founding member, you are eligible for special pricing that is locked in. After this exclusive offer ends, our prices will rise; however, founding members will not be affected by this increase unless they decide to cancel their membership and then rejoin.
DO YOU OFFER A REFERRAL PROGRAM (OR AFFILIATE PROGRAM)?

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO SEE RESULTS?
This varies for every member. It depends on your level of consistency, understand your own customer, and time. We usually recommend investing a minimum of 6 months since organic social media growth takes time.
